Why Retrofit your home with insulation?
On average, we spend 90% of our lives indoors, and many Kiwi homes, especially older ones, need improvement.
- A well-insulated home ensures year-round comfort, reduces the risk of respiratory illnesses, and lowers power bills. Insulation slows down heat loss, reducing reliance on heating and cooling systems.
- Just because insulation is visible in your ceiling or underfloor doesn't necessarily mean it complies with current government standards. Our team is here to assist you in assessing your home's compliance. Additional insulation can be added to existing insulation to ensure you've got a healthy home.

- Access generous subsidies through the Warmer Kiwi Homes programme (covering up to 50-90% of the cost.) Eligibility and criteria apply.
- Criteria:
- You own the home you are living in
- Your home was built before 2008
- You live in a qualifying area or have a Community Services Card
- Upgrade old or underperforming insulation to meet current standards
